How to determine the order information?
1. Confirm the order product model, voltage, capacity, or primary battery product nameplate;
2. Determine the product specifications of the order, and provide the forklift nameplate to confirm which brand of forklift is suitable, or the product size (length*width*height mm)

How to determine the unit price of the order?
1. The unit price of a single product;

How to determine the delivery time for an order?
1. In stock: 1-3 working days.
2. Out of stock: 7-10 working days.
3. Bulk orders: The delivery lead time for bulk orders depends on the order type and quantity of the products. Generally, it takes 10-15 working days.

What are the payment terms for purchase battery products??
1. In stock: Full payment is required before shipment.
2. Out of stock: 30% prepayment is required for out of stock orders. Production will be arranged after receiving the advance payment. Notifications will be sent prior to shipment and full payment must be made prior to shipment.

Is it possible to modify the order after purchasing battery products??
1. For orders with the product in stock, the order can be modified before shipment, and production can be rearranged accordingly.
2. For orders without available stock, both parties can confirm and modify the product specifications before payment. If there is a price difference, the buyer can pay the additional amount.
3. For orders without available stock, after confirmation by both parties and payment by the buyer, the possibility of modifying the order depends on the seller's actual production progress. If modifications incur additional costs, the buyer will be responsible for covering them.
