- Custom Lithium Battery Ballast: Diesel engines and cast-iron counterweights provide significant mass. When removing the engine, a custom heavy-duty steel lithium battery box (often weighing 1,500kg to 3,000kg) must be engineered to maintain the forklift’s Minimum Service Weight and longitudinal stability.
